Hi, I’m Erin—a wife, mom to two teenagers, educator, and lifelong believer in the power of women supporting women. I’ve been teaching since 2002 and have spent my career working in female-dominated industries, helping women grow in confidence, skill, and self-belief. These days, my passion is combining two things I love most: travel and helping women choose themselves again. After years of watching so many incredible women push through burnout while putting everyone else first (including myself), I’ve made it my mission to create experiences that encourage rest, connection, adventure, and self-discovery. I believe everyone deserves time to recharge, explore the world, and reconnect with the version of themselves that’s been waiting beneath the responsibilities of everyday life.

  • Your transportation to and from the retreat. If flying: fly into Roanoke airport (1 hour from our retreat by car)

What should I bring?
A full packing list will be sent over after registration. 
What's the weather like in September?
Warm days and cool nights. Daily highs are around 25C / 77F and nighttime lows are around 12C / 53F.
Do I have to be in shape?
No. Activity level is gentle - beginner dance class and short walks only.
